MediaPro works with organizations of all sizes, across all industries. Despite their differences, they all share one attribute: they all face risks associated with cyberattacks, data breaches, and hacking. Additionally, most struggle to improve the knowledge and enhance the performance of the human element related to those risks.
We see that most efforts to address the human side of these threats are not adequate. Awareness programs are not evolving to match the threat, and effective behavior change is not being addressed.
The likely reason: no structural, systemic approach exists for those trying to create awareness programs. Organizations are understaffed, overworked, and those running programs have little guidance on how to design a program that fits their organizations. There is no “one size fits all” for everyone.
Adaptive by Design
This is where our Adaptive Awareness Framework comes in.
Our model is “Adaptive By Design”—meaning it’s designed to be flexible enough to allow organizations to mature their programs as they are capable, and also to accommodate new capacities (like behavioral analytics integration) as they become available.
We set about to solve our customer’s problems using the guidance of our Adaptive Awareness Framework. The Framework is a vision for how all organizations—independent of size and industry—can make meaningful improvements to their security and privacy programs.
The Framework is not a one-size-fits-all process that is to be followed in lock-step. Instead, it is a flexible and self-correcting model that encourages companies to analyze their risks, build a plan for improvement, and offer training and reinforcement—all toward the mission of creating a risk-aware culture.
